Matt Molloy joined Motive Partners in 2020 and is a Vice President on the Motive Create Team based out of the London office. At Motive, Matt focuses on innovation strategy and value creation with respect to Motive Labs engagement of Motive’s portfolio companies and industry relationships.
Prior to joining Motive Partners, Matt was a Consultant in the Banking Strategy practice at Accenture. Over the 4 years Matt spent at Accenture, he worked with a range of Global Banking clients on key strategic challenges, from digital transformation to market entry and expansion. He was most recently the Lead for Accenture’s FinTech Innovation Lab, a 12-week accelerator programme that connects top FinTech talent with senior executives at the world’s leading financial institutions to bring innovations to market. Since its launch, 114 start-ups have participated in the London Lab, securing c$500m of funding.
Matt graduated from the University of Bath’s School of Management with a 1st class bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
