Syed Ahsan joined Motive Partners in 2021 and is an Associate on the Investment Team based out of the New York office. At Motive, Syed is responsible for sourcing, analyzing and executing investments as it relates to technology companies that enable the financial economy.
Prior to joining Motive, Syed was an Associate on the Investment Team at Flexpoint Ford where he worked on the firm's investment in LERETA and monitored the investment in TigerRisk. Syed started his career within the Investment Banking Division at Barclays where he primarily covered financial technology and insurance clients and worked on a variety of transactions across M&A, debt, and equity products.
Syed earned a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
